An event at Rosehill Theatre has been postponed.
Henry Blofield was due to bring his An Evening with Blowerson tour to the Whitehaven theatre on Saturday.
A statement from Rosehill Theatre said: “A number of factors have affected some of Henry Blofeld’s tour schedule – including ongoing concerns around coronavirus – and a decision has been made to move his Rosehill date to spring 2022.
“We are all disappointed, as is Henry himself, and we’re sure you will be too. So, as a special treat, Blowers has recorded a personal message to his West Cumbrian fans, which can be viewed below.”
A new date of April 2 has been suggested, with the event due to start at 7.30pm.
All existing tickets and seat allocations will automatically transfer to this date.
