A Lake District hotel has been named as one of the best wedding venue in the North West at prestigious industry awards.
Cragwood Country House Hotel in Windermere was given the accolade at the Wedding Industry Awards.
It won the regional venue (hotel) category and will now go forward to the national final next month.

Cragwood Country House Hotel is part of the Lake District Country Hotels group.

The Wedding Industry Awards were set up nine years ago and aim to give couples a third source of advivce when booking their big day. Nominations are made by clients and the winners chosen by expert judges.
