
Police are investigating after a cyclist was assaulted by three men, who attempted to take his bicycle.
It happened at the junction of Richardson Street and Norfolk Street in Carlisle on January 25 at about 10.55pm.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
