Police have confirmed that a body found on Monday has been identified as that of a missing 15-year-old boy.
An appeal went out for Thomas Davidson Hetherington over the weekend.
A body was discovered in the early hours of Monday at Blackford, near Gretna.
Police said Thomas’ death was not being treated as suspicious.
