
The extradition hearing of Kane Hull who is accused of murdering 24-year-old Carlisle man Ryan Kirkpatrick in Carlisle has been adjourned.
Hull, 29, of Bower Street in Carlisle, was due to face the High Court in Dublin today but the case has now been adjourned to February 28 to allow for the finalisation of his High Court extradition proceedings before Ms Justice Caroline Biggs.
Hull is one of two men sought in relation to the murder of Mr Kirkpatrick at Carlyle’s Court in Carlisle on September 18 last year.
On Friday, February 18, at a late sitting of the High Court, Liam Porter, 32, of Fulmer Place, Carlisle, was surrendered to the UK authorities in relation to the alleged killing of Mr Kirkpatrick.
