Police are warning cyclists after a near-miss in Haverigg.
Officers are keen to remind cyclists of their legal requirements to have lights on their bikes, after also receiving concerns from local residents in Millom.
Bikes are required to have a white light fitted to the front and a red light and reflector to the back of the bike which should be on when it starts to get dark.
This can be crucial to ensuring the safety of all road users.
