A Workington infant and nursery school will remain closed until after the Easter break due to COVID-19.
Cumbria County Council said Victoria Infant and Nursery School on Islay Place could not operate safely due to high numbers of staff and pupils testing positive for coronavirus.
It was due to reopen on Friday but the authority said it will not now open its doors until April 20, after the Easter holidays.
