The sudden increase in fixtures is starting to have an impact on entries.
Cold Fell has been a popular venue in the past but only 43 contested the four trails last night.
In the seniors only seven were slipped and it was Debbie and Lana McGee’s Apache who collected a second win, beating Monday night’s winner Ian Donaldson’s Huntsman’s Quartz.
The puppy race went to the Napier family’s Foxparke Beep Beep which was good to see after failing to get in at Lorton on Saturday.

David Clifford’s Eden Redarna and Alan Blacklock’s Busy Again followed her home in second and third.
Mike Watson and David Wood’s Persian Gold won the open maiden race from Lisa Whitfield’s Black Edition and Joe Simpson’s Shiraz.
The last race of the night was for open restricted where Erin Davidson’s Erin’s Blue Boy beat Donna Bingham’s Oakbank Izzy and David Clifford’s Eden Romina.
