Furness were the only winners on a rain-soaked day in the Cumbria League’s Premier Division.
The reigning champions beat Workington before the rain came, and that was the only game to produce a positive finish.
There were starts elsewhere but the games were all abandoned to leave the top and bottom positions unchanged.
Workington were bowled-out for only 63 in 35.5 overs and Furness raced to 66-2 off 20.4 overs to wrap-up the points.
The wickets were shared about and after losing two early wickets Liam Curwen (38no) sub pro Pramod Maduwantha (21no) saw them home.
The big game of the day between second placed Cockermouth and Keswick who are lying third, never even started at Fitz Park.
Leaders Carlisle were at Haverigg where 12 overs were possible and in that time Carlisle had made 51-2 before the game was abandoned.
Ten overs were possible at Cleator where Egremont had made 22-2 before the game was ended by rain.
Clearly south Cumbria fared best for the weather and two innings were completed at Dalton and Millom before the games were abandoned.
In the last of the 50 overs Dalton were bowled-out for 151 with Rob Jones (36), Daniel Sharpe (26) and Callum Leach (22). John Reed (3-29) and George Spark (3-39) were the main wicket-takers.
Play ended after 18.3 overs and was nicely poised with Wigton on 49-3 when the game ended early.
At Millom bottom club Whitehasven completed their 50 overs and made 181-6 with Nathan Carmichael (47), Timycen Maruma (30), Andrew Cameron (28no) and Jack McNicholas (25no) leasding the way. The last two had figured in an unbroken stand of 58 for the seventh wicket.
Callum High was the most successful Millom bowler with 2-23 while Ben High had 2-51.
Millom were going well on 77-1 when the rain came after 17.4 overs with Primosh Perara (30no) and Robert Thompson (28no).
