A radio legend has been announced as the Friday headliner for Whitehaven Alive for a night of the best music and reminiscing.
Chris Moyles is bringing his brand new 90s Hangover Tour to Whitehaven on Friday September 9 at Copeland Stadium from 4pm.
Chris will take the audience on an unforgettable journey back to the 90s, celebrating a brilliant decade of music.

Starting his radio career in his hometown of Leeds at the age of just 16, Moyles worked for legendary stations such as Radio Luxembourg and London’s Capital FM before joining BBC Radio One, quickly rising to one of the stations most talked about and popular DJs.
Moyles presented the legendary breakfast show to an audience of eight million people for a record breaking eight-and-a-half years and remains the longest serving breakfast host in Radio One’s history.
He currently hosts his own show on Radio X which began in 2015 and the weekly podcast of his radio show attracts over 500,000 downloads a month.
Chris will be a part of Whitehaven Alive, a brand-new festival which is to be held on September 9 and 10 featuring famous faces, live entertainment, food and drink villages, Cumbrian producers, and street theatre across the stunning Whitehaven town.
