Silloth Music and Beer Festival will go ahead this weekend.
Organisers of the event said they had decided to proceed following the publication of the Government guidelines after the death of the Queen.
They said one factor in play was the unaffordable cost of abandoning the event, which could put the future of the annual festival at risk.
The Lancashire Hotpots headline this afternoon’s session with a full line-up of bands for Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
