A man has appeared in court accused of exposing himself to two women in Windermere three years apart.
Raheem Grant, 25, faces two charges.
Both allege that he intentionally exposed himself knowing someone would see and be caused alarm or distress.
The alleged incidents involve two different complainants and are both reported to have happened in Windermere — the first on June 16, 2017, and the second on June 17, 2020.
When Grant appeared at Carlisle Crown Court earlier today, he pleaded not guilty to both allegations during a short hearing.
A timetable for the progression of the case was outlined in front of Judge Louise Brandon, and a trial which will take place in front of a jury was fixed.
This is due to start at the crown court on July 17 and, it is estimated, will last around three days.
In the meantime Grant was granted bail on the strict condition that he does not have any contact with either of the two complainants in the case.
