Two Cumbrian activists who took part in a roadblock in London have been found guilty of public nuisance.
Daphne Jackson, 72, of Sedbergh, and Beatrice Pooley, 65, of Kendal, were on trial following the demonstration by Insulate Britain in the City of London on October 25.
Alongside them were retired vicar Mark Coleman, 63, of Rochdale, and Stephanie Aylett, 28, of St Albans.
After a five-day trial, the 11-person jury took one-and-a-half hours to returning a unanimous guilty verdict.
The four will be sentenced on March 24.
