Two men accused of conspiring to supply cocaine in the Windermere area for almost a year have appeared in court.
Reece Andrew Barnes, 30, and Stephen Stockall, 62, jointly face one charge.
This alleges that the two men conspired together at Windermere, between March 1 2022, and February 4 this year, to supply a quantity of cocaine.
Barnes, previously of Windermere, and Stockall, of no fixed address, appeared separately at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court today in front of District Judge John Temperley.
Both men were represented by defence lawyers but neither entered a plea to the allegation they face.
Their case were sent to Carlisle Crown Court, where the pair are due to appear on April 20.
In the meantime both men have been remanded in custody.
