Cumbria will start their NCCA One Day Trophy programme on Bank Holiday Monday, May 29, against Herefordshire.
The Cumbrians are bidding to reach their fourth Trophy final in a row, having lost to Berkshire in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
The competition was not held in 2020 because of covid restrictions and is played at the world-famous Wormsley Park ground created by Sir Paul Getty in Buckinghamshire.
The Trophy fixtures have just been published and the two home games will be played at Kendal and Keswick.
Oxfordshire will visit Kendal on June 4 while on June 25 Lincolnshire will be the visitors to Fitz Park, Keswick.
Cockermouth’s Sandair had been ear-marked to host the Oxfordshire game but in view of the set-back to the square on the eve of the season it was deemed sensible to move elsewhere and Kendal offered to take on the fixture.
Cumbria’s opening game on May 29 will be at the Brockhampton club in Herefordshire while the other away fixture is with Northumberland at the Allendale club on June 18.
