Exciting Penrith teenager Rob Coward has been called up to the Cumbria squad for the county Championship decider against Durham.
What Coward had done in the second-half of the season for Penrith was unprecedented and he has been rewarded with a senior county call-up.
For Penrith he had got his chance off the bench as a 17-year-old at Stockton in January, scored a try and a conversion and gone on to play in every game and score a total of 15 tries in 12 games and also added 14 points with the boot.
He will start on the bench at Aspatria, coming into the squad for his Penrith team-mate Jay Rossi.
The only other change for Cumbria from the side which won 21-19 at Morpeth last week against Northumberland sees Robbie Collinson come onto the bench for Kendal team-mate Matty Houghton who is unavailable.
Cumbria have to win the game (four points) and then make sure they earn a four try bonus point whilst denying Durham a similar bonus to pip them by a point.
The starting line-up is: Jamie McNaughton (Penrith), Oliver Bennett (Upper Eden), Leo Mercer (Kendal), Ryan Scott (Aspatria), Joe Beaty (Aspatria), Josh Ree (Kirkby Lonsdale), Ollie Rose (Upper Eden), Arran Sullivan (Aspatria), Tom Graham (Carlisle, capt), Joe Anderson (Kendal), Matt Tindall (Firwood Waterloo), Greg Wrathall (Kendal), Alistair Thompson (Kendal), Archie Rattray (Penrith), Will Addyman (Ilkley).
Replacements: Adam Howe (Penrith), Andy Muir (Penrith), Alex Ryder (Kendal), Robbie Collinson (Kendal), Mark Watson (Cockermouth), Arran Stephens (Kendal), Rob Coward (Penrith).
