A lizard who has been missing for 10 days – and who sparked a national frenzy – has been found.
Echo, a Tegu, dug her way to freedom from her back garden in Moorclose when her owner popped out with her meerkat to the vets.
Echo is part of the Pet Encounter family, who provide animal experiences across the county.
Her distraught owner Siobhan Harkness issued a plea for help and dozens of people searched high and low for the missing lizard.
But it turns out Echo hadn’t strayed very far at all.

In an emotional video, Siobhan and her partner Ben revealed that Echo has been found – and was just behind the garages quite near their home on the cycle track, known as the line.
It is around 20ft from their base and they said it was unbelievable as they had turned the area upside down, so they think she either went on an adventure and returned home or had been brought back by someone.
Despite the huge search, it was a family member who found her.
She has a couple of scratches, but seems fine and Ben said the first thing they said to her was ‘you’re banned in for life’.
She will be checked over by a vet and the couple are getting extra vitamins and minerals into her too.
Echo’s disappearance, first reported by Cumbria Crack, saw the national media take up the story and it was splashed over national newspapers.
The couple thanked everyone who had been involved in the search.
