Workington Town coach Anthony Murray is expecting a different Midlands Hurricanes side to turn up at Derwent Park on Sunday.
Murray’s Town are looking to record a third successive victory after wins over Cornwall and London Skolars but believes it will be tougher against the Hurricanes.
“We won down there earlier in the season but since then they have had a change of coach and I am expecting a different test this time.
“Mark Dunning is a very experienced coach and will have his side well prepared and organised of that I’m certain.
“We got the job done on Sunday against London Skolars when our completion rate was the key.
“In the first half we didn’t show enough composure and completed at only 56 per cent. In the second half we were much better in possession and completion went up to 76 per cent and showed in the points we scored.
“There was plenty of effort throughout but it was a game of two different halves as far as we were concerned, and one in which we were much better in the second,” said Murray.
The Town coach is especially pleased to have half-back Carl Forber back in the side recently – “enjoying the game and making his presence felt.”
But he could be losing centre Earl Hurst for a while who appears to have suffered a bicep tear in the win over the Skolars.
Caine Barnes, Grant Reid and JJ Key remain on the long-term injury list for the Cumbrians who have won six of their 10 games so far.
