Have your say on accessibility to GPs, dentists and pharmacies

People living in Westmorland and Furness with impairments are asked to tell health bosses how their services are for them.

Healthwatch Westmorland and Furness is asking people to tell them via an anonymous online questionnaire what provision and information is like for them from GPs, dentists and pharmacies.

The organisation said it particularly wanted to hear from those with a disability, their carers, personal assistants and parents.

The project runs until October 4 and the questionnaire can be filled in at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HWWaFcom
