Workington’s Wetherspoon pub has been closed for a revamp.
The Henry Bessemer, on New Oxford Street, had its bar floor and kitchen floor replaced, plus what a Wetherspoon spokesman described as “decorations to the customer area”.
It was closed from Tuesday, October 10 and was due to reopen for business today, Thursday, October 12 at 8am.
