The line up has been confirmed for the restaging of the National Development League Riders’ Championship at Workington on Sunday at 2pm.

Each of the NDL clubs will have two representatives in the meeting, which was originally due to take place last month before the weather intervened.

The Comets pulled the plug on the Saturday because of the weather forecast and oit proved the correct one. They are expecting better luck with the elements on Sunday.

Former champions Ben Morley (2015/18) and Max Clegg (2016) are in the line up, whilst current British Under-21 Champion Connor Bailey represents the hosts at Northside along with Sam McGurk.

Bailey would have missed the original staging as he was committed to riding in Poland for his club side there.

The full line-up is: 1 Luke Muff (Belle Vue) TBC, 2 Ben Trigger (Mildenhall), 3 Max Clegg (Edinburgh), 4 Connor Bailey (Workington), 5 Tom Woolley (Kent), 6 Jacob Clouting (Oxford), 7 Max Perry (Leicester), 8 Jamie Halder (Berwick), 9 Jacob Hook (Edinburgh), 10 Freddy Hodder (Belle Vue), 11 Danny Phillips (Berwick), 12 Ben Morley (Kent), 13 Lee Complin (Mildenhall), 14 Jody Scott (Oxford), 15 Ashton Boughen (Leicester), 16 Sam McGurk (Workington). Reserves: 17 Callum Foy, 18 Ben Rathbone.
