A man is set to appear in court next month charged with three crimes – including keeping a child in care without permission.
Ryan Simpson, 45, of Well Lane, Maryport, was arrested after officers conducted a warrant at an address at the town’s Ellenfoot Drive yesterday.
He has been charged with:
- Possessions with intent to supply a heroin
- Possession of criminal property
- Keeping a child in care without lawful authority
He appeared at Workington’s magistrates today, Friday, October 13, and remanded to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on 13 November.
