Kyle Amor was given a farewell fitting of a playing legend when he led Cumbria to a 23-4 win at Whitehaven over Wales.
Amor even contributed to the score near the end when he dropped a one-pointer for his side.
It was a thoroughly deserved victory for the Cumbrians who went in front after a tough set-for-set start with a try from Andrew Bulman after a great break by Jake Carter.

Carter converted and he had the kicking tee out again soon after when Jamie Doran showed all his expertise with a great run before cutting inside to go under the posts.

There was a third try before half-time when Cumbria produced some lovely passing rugby before Alistair Leak cross and Carter added the extras.
Wales had been kept fairly subdued but they were first to score in the second half when Connor Davies crossed wide on the left but the kick was missed.

It was a lot tighter in the second-half as Wales saw more of the ball and there was only one more try from Gregg McNally before Amor put the cherry on the cake with his drop goal.
