Traffic is queuing both ways on the A66 due to a ‘traffic problem’.
The issue – which is not known – is affecting both carriageways near the A686 Carleton Avenue at the Kemplay Bank Roundabout.
It was reported at around 3.05pm.
There is congestion to the M6’s J40.
