Barrow continue to thrive – extending their unbeaten run to 11 matches and going second in the League Two table.
A 3-0 win at Swindon Town was another step on the way to what manager Peter Wild hopes will be promotion.
Although the hosts were closest to taking the lead in the first-half it was Barrow who had the lead at the break.
Dan Kemp was unlucky with a free-kick from long distance which deflected off a defender in the wall and flicked the top of the bar with Barrow keeper Paul Farman completely wrong-footed.
The opening goal came on 34 minutes from Kian Spence when he was unmarked from a free-kick. David Worrall found him and he clinically buried his shot in the bottom corner.
The second came after 58 minutes when a deep corner to the far post saw Sam Foley rise highest and send a powerful header down into the bottom corner.
Another set-piece provided Barrow with their third goal as the Swindon defence went walkabout. This time it was James Chester who was left unmarked at the far post to head home.
