Kendal Town will have to rearrange their mid-week trip to Glossop North End scheduled for Tuesday, January 16.
Glossop’s Macron Cup-tie with Ashville was postponed last night and has now been rearranged for the same day. No new date as yet has been confirmed.
Glossop dropped into the North West Counties Premier Division following last season’s relegation from NPL West Division and have generalyl struggled at the new level.
They have lost half (14) of their 28 games so far with just seven wins, along with seven draws to languish 19th in the 24-strong League.
Kendal return to action on Saturday with an attractive home game against Padiham. The visitors are seventh, two places and six points behind the Mintcakes from two more games.
Jimmy Marshall’s men go into the contest in good heart after an excellent 4-1 win at Skelmersdale on Friday after they had trailed 1-0 at the break.
