Plans for a new McDonald’s drive-thru in a Lake District town will go on show this week.
The fast food chain wants to build the drive-thru on the eastern edge of South Lakes Retail Park in Kendal.
It is hosting a public exhibition on Thursday, February 15, at Kendal Rugby Club from 2pm to 7pm.
It will allow people to have an in-depth look at the proposals, featuring information about the firm’s projected economic benefits of a new McDonald’s restaurant, and detailed images what the development will look like.
Representatives for McDonald’s will be available to discuss the plans and gather feedback.
The multi-million-pound development would create around 120 new full and part-time jobs.
