Workington and District Camera Club has enjoyed success in recent months by winning an inter-club competition.
They were in friendly local rivalry against Carlisle Camera Club and Dalston Photography Society.
The highest scoring Projected Digital Image from the Club was Ringed Plover and Chick by John Fare, which scored the maximum 20 points.
Individual success was achieved by Chris Wood in the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain Open (Limited Eligibility) Cup when he was given a Highly Commended award with I’m So Tyred.
The current season will end at the end of April and when the next season begins in September, the club weekly meeting day will change from Friday to Monday.

During the close season a series of informal meetings will be held to encourage all members to socialise and continue their photography.
If people are interested in joining the groups details will be published on the club’s Facebook page nearer the time.
