A north Cumbrian road will close for five days for drainage work.
Work will start at High Knells, north of Houghton, on Monday and is due to finish on Friday, March 8.
Work will take place between 8am and 4pm and the road will be closed from Dykeside Cottage, with a full diversion route being put in place.
If residents or businesses require access to their property, they can talk to the traffic marshal who will be on site during the work. There may be a short delay in accessing properties.
Access will be maintained for emergency services during the work.
