A man has appeared in court after his vehicle was stopped by police near Tebay Services on Monday.
Officers seized around 5kg of cannabis from the vehicle, with an estimated street value of between £15,000 and £20,000.
Klajdi Ferhati, 27, of Russel Street, Sunderland, appeared before Carlisle Magistrates Court today, Wednesday May 1, charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug.
