A boat run aground in Whitehaven Harbour this morning has refloated.
It ran aground around 9am today, Wednesday May 1.
The catamaran, a 24-seat crew transfer vessel designed for offshore wind, is operated by Northern Offshore Services.
It is understood it is not part of the Robin Rigg offshore wind farm fleet, but was working in the Barrow area. It is one of two moored in Whitehaven.
Northern Offshore Services said it refloated earlier this afternoon.
