A man was injured after an assault in Barrow and a woman has been arrested.
The incident, which involved two men and a woman, happened on Cavendish Street on Saturday, April 27 at around 4.10am.
The victim, a 26-year-old man, suffered injuries to his face.
A 24-year-old woman from Barrow has been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault and has been released on bail while the investigation continues.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident and are wanting to speak with a man who was also involved. This man was described as wearing all black with red/orange trainers.
