Organised by the Centre for Leadership Performance, the free event will be held on Thursday July 18 from 9am to 2.30pm at Maryport Town Hall, Senhouse Street.
The centre said it will provide lots of information for those who are considering retiring in the next few years.
People will have the chance to receive advice from experts on topics including financial planning, volunteering opportunities, part-time job openings, and mental health and wellbeing, in a relaxed setting.
