Ajhani (AJ) Wallace, who has been on loan with Whitehaven for the last two weeks is joining Championship rivals Doncaster for the rest of the season.
Doncaster announced the deal on their website today and said he will join the Dons ahead of their trip to Featherstone Rovers for this Saturday’s 6pm kick-off game.
After an impressive debut season for Bradford Bulls in 2022 and breaking into the Jamaica national side for the Rugby League World Cup, Wallace chose a move to Super League’s Hull KR whilst having several Super League clubs vying for his signature.
The 21-year-old played in all three of Jamaica’s Rugby League World Cup games against New Zealand, Ireland and Lebanon, testing himself against some of the NRL and Super League’s biggest stars.
His debut season at Bradford saw him score 11 tries, an impressive start to life in rugby league.
Wallace played in two games for Haven, at Featherstone and at home to Toulouse Olympique.
