Emergency services were called to deal with an incident in the centre of a north Cumbrian village last night.
Cumbria police said that the incident happened in the centre of Scotby, near Carlisle.
The centre of the village was closed to traffic at around 8.45pm yesterday, Friday, July 19, and people were asked to avoid the area.
