Workington Town make one change to their 21-strong squad for Sunday’s League One home game against North Wales Crusaders.
Jonny Hutton returns to the squad in place of Liam McNicholas as Anthony Murray’s squad go for their fifth successive victory.
This fine run has changed their season as they bid to cement their place in the play-offs as the Crusaders appear to have gone the opposite way.
They now occupy third bottom, out of the play-offs and losing ground on both Town and Midlands Hurricanes. Another defeat at the Fibrus Community Stadium could prove fatal to Murray’s old team who were the shock side of 2023 going all the way to the play-off final.
With both teams locked in a battle for a play-off finish, Forster will be welcoming Matt Reid and Toby Hughes back into the travelling squad with both returning from injury.
Ben Lane, Jake Thewlis and Alfie Sinclair are all included on dual-registration from Widnes Vikings.
