A complex of Lake District holiday cottages and apartments are on the market for £1.9 million.

Bridge House and Cottages in Keswick’s Main Street is for sale with David Britton Estates.

it includes six cottages and a private tennis court.

David Britton, managing director, said: “This unique property ensemble offers a rare chance to invest in Keswick’s thriving tourist market.

“The revenue potential is substantial, with Keswick enjoying strong year-round visitor numbers and related demand for quality self-catering accommodation.

  • Bridge Cottage: A three-bedroom cottage in the courtyard
  • Bridge Mews: A one-bedroom cobbled cottage
