An appeal against the revocation of a Carlisle nightclub’s licence will be heard at court next month.
Earlier this year, members of Cumberland Council’s licensing sub-committee revoked the licence of Truth nightclub, on English Gate Plaza, off Botchergate, after police raised concerns over underage drinking.
However, bosses at the club appealed against the decision and last week, Carlisle magistrates set a date for the hearing.
The hearing is due to take place on Tuesday, September 3.
