
Police are investigating two separate racially aggravated public order incidents in Carlisle.
The incidents both happened on Sunday, August 4.
The first happened at around 4pm by the Citadel on English Street and saw three boys targeted by an older man.
The suspect is described as white, aged between 50 and 60 and wearing a jumper. He was sat beside the flowerbeds, police said.
The second and separate incident happened on Lancaster Street between 7pm and 8pm.
A man in a white pick-up truck, shouted abuse at the victims. He is described as white, aged between 30 and 35 and had tattoos on his arms.
Officers are appealing for anyone who saw either of the incidents or could help to identify the suspects to get in touch.
