Workington’s Rio Hardy came off the bench again to score her sixth goal in six league games for Rangers.
She also had a couple of assists in the 6-1 home win against The Spartans as Rangers shrugged off last week’s Champions League elimination.
Rangers stay top of the Scottish Women’s Premier League and though they are level on points with Hearts and Glasgow City, they not only have a far superior goal difference, but also have a game in hand over both teams.
By coincidence, Rangers visit Hearts this Sunday as they seek to maintain their 100% domestic record.
