Keswick firefighters are inviting people to learn crucial lifesaving skills at the station next week.
The crews will deliver a talk and demonstrate CPR, and offer further information on how to assist someone who has had a seizure.
Sessions will be held on Saturday October 5 from 9.30am to 10.30am and 11am to noon.
They are free to attend, open to all ages, and there is no need to book.
