A biker and a driver and their passengers involved in a collision got into a fight on a Lake District street.

On Sunday, October 27, at around 1.50pm, a black Honda motorcycle was involved in the collision with a blue Peugeot 207 on the A591 near White Moss, Grasmere.

Both vehicles were travelling north.

Following the collision, both vehicles stopped on Lake View Drive in Grasmere, near Mountain Warehouse, where all occupants were involved in a fight.

The bike rider, of Carlisle, and the Peugeot driver, of Kendal, suffered facial injuries.

Police are looking for witnesses who were in the area at the time and either have dashcam footage of the collision or saw the incident.

Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it , quoting incident number 139 of 27 October 2024 or call 101.

Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
