A man has been arrested after police were called to a Maryport house.
Officers attended the home on Eaglesfield Street at around 3.30pm today, Sunday November 10, after receiving a call that a man was making threats of violence.
A man was arrested at 4.30pm on suspicion of making threats to kill.
He is currently in police custody.
No one was injured.
