A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision in West Cumbria.
The two-vehicle collision happened on the A595 at Bigrigg on Tuesday, November 19, at around 5.35pm.
It was outside the Texaco garage and involved a motorcycle and a Mercedes car.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 40s, was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle with serious injuries.
The driver of the Mercedes did not sustain serious injuries.
