A multi-agency safety exercise is set to take place at Barrow’s BAE Systems next week.
The company said the exercise, taking place on Tuesday December 10, will run from 4pm and last for around one hour at the submarines site.
A spokesman said the exercise may be audible from off-site and there is no need for members of the public to take any action.
