Investigations are continuing after a man and woman were found dead in Workington.
Police were called by North West Ambulance Service to a report of sudden deaths in the area of Findlay Place, last Thursday, December 12, at around 11.45am.
A man and woman were pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s, have both been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
They have been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
The deaths are being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
