
Police are appealing for witnesses after ‘tragedy chanting’ at a Carlisle Unites vs Bradford City football match.
The chanting is reported to have happened near to the segregation line between Carlisle and Bradford supporters and in the Andrew Jenkins Stand at Brunton Park.
It was heard during the first half of the fixture on Saturday January 18.
Four males were arrested on Saturday in connection with the incident. All four, from Cumbria, were subsequently bailed pending further enquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to come forward with any information they may have.
