A woman in her 20s has been assaulted in Barrow.
A man is due to appear in court today, February 27, in connection with the incident, which happened on Greengate Street yesterday morning.
Richard Haslam, 36, of School Street, Barrow has been charged with assault ABH.
He was remanded into custody and is due to appear before Barrow Magistrates Court.
