A spring fair will be held at Ulverston’s Ford Park for the first time.
It takes place on Saturday May 19 from 10am to 5pm and has been sponsored by Fibrus.
The new event will feature local traders, children’s activities, food stalls and music, including local band The Native Cult.
The Fibrus team will also be attending the fair with a range of family-friendly activities on their stand including Beat the Buzzwire and a Spin-to-Win game.
Colin Hutchinson, chief financial officer at Fibrus, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting the great work of Ford Park and this event which promises to bring the community together.
“Our team are looking forward to telling people about the cutting-edge connectivity to both homes and businesses, which will make Ulverston well-equipped for the digital future.”
