The A684 was closed in both directions following collision near Lincoln’s Inn Bridge, west of Sedbergh.
The collision, involving two cars, was reported shortly after 4.30pm yesterday, Sunday May 18.
People were asked to avoid the area while emergency services remain at the scene.
The road reopened at around 7.50pm.
